This should be someone capable of physically assisting you if required or who can do things like remove sticks from wheels/chains, move small branches off a trail etc. A ebike is a great tool for a support rider and these can be hired from Forrest MTB Hire in town. There is a group of club members who may be able to volunteer their time as a support rider for you but availability will vary. I will bring a support rider with me Support rider requested Helmet(Required)You are required to wear a helmet at all times operating the bike. I will bring my own helmet I will need to hire a helmet with the bike Insurance and Ambulance Cover(Required)You must have ambulance cover to hire the bike. All costs associated with any medical assistance that is organised for you are payable by you regardless of whether or not you have ambulance cover or insurance. Riding insurance can be obtained through AusCycling or other providers like Bicycle Network Victoria. Please review your insurance and ensure it covers you for the hire.
